ABOUT ERIN L.

I have held sport leadership roles in high performance soccer environments as a Director of Business/Soccer Operations, Program Manager, Recruiter, and Coach. I was named to the United Soccer Coaches 30 Under 30, earned a Master of Science in Business: Sport Leadership, and hold a USSF National C License.I am driven to address the gender gap in sports through my roles in organizations by designing programs for sports organizations to support women and marginalized groups in coaching and sports leadership roles. My experience includes coaching and recruiting in the NCAA, non-profit management, program design & innovation, and sports business consulting.I’ve gained experience in guiding organizational change using learning and development tools, brand alignment strategy, and team leadership methodologies. I successfully implement functional process methods combined with innovation and design-thinking tools in my work and thrive in cross-functional project work that brings together change initiatives, brand alignment, and peer coaching.I earned a Master of Science in Business, Sport Leadership with Highest Honors from Linfield University where I was also an Athletics Department Fellow, Graduate Assistant Coach, and Adjunct Professor teaching upper level Coaching Theory. In addition to coaching Women\'s Soccer, I also served on the Athletics Gender Equity Committee. As a graduate candidate, my design and innovation work focused on developing organizational auditing tools for sports organizations to attract, retain, and elevate women in coaching and sports leadership roles. I also gained consulting experience with international business partners like NBN23 and INDESCAT - the Catalonian Sports Industry Cluster.
