I currently offer my services in two different fields - they are both my passion and they both feed my soul in different ways. Teacher • Facilitator • Coach | Serenity Now Foundations Institute At Serenity Now Foundations Institute, I guide people through a trauma-informed journey of healing and growth. As the lead teacher and coach for our Serenity Method program, I help participants transform adversity into resilience, confidence, and calm.I teach engaging modules, facilitate group workshops, and provide one-on-one coaching to support lasting change. I also design resources and encourage community connection so participants feel supported and empowered on their path.Through this work, I blend compassion and evidence-informed practices to help individuals reclaim their stories and build foundations for a life of serenity.Senior Commercial Real Estate Appraiser I am a member in good standing of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and have served on the Vancouver Chapter for 6 years (3 terms) holding the position of Marketing and Publishing Co-ordinator and Secretary.I am also a member in good standing of the International Rights of Way Association (IRWA) and am pleased to announce that I have accomplished successful completion of the requirements for the RW/AC Designation.Currently, I serve the Atlantic region including Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador.Previously, I served the 22 municipalities included in the Metro Vancouver Regional District, as a Real Estate Advisor for Canada Revenue Agency and as a Commercial and Residential Real Estate Appraiser in private practice.I have composed reports for Appraisal, Assessment Review & Appeal, Consulting, Expropriation, Highest & Best Use Analysis, Insurance/Replacement Cost, Litigation/Expert Testimony, Market Lease Rate Survey, Market Study, Relocation Valuation, Easement and Partial Takings purposes.I have experience with the following property types:Residential - Detached Single Family, Semi-Detached, Attached Row Townhome, Strata Apartment, Coach House, Multiple Family Conversion (MFC), Duplex, Triplex, Fourplex, Cottage, Land, Land (5 units or more), Mobile Homes, Multi-Family (4 units or less), Multi-Family (5 units or more);Commercial - Condominium, Office, Retail, Retirement Homes;Industrial - Condominium, Land, Manufacturing, Shops, Warehouse, Service Commercial Warehousing;Rural - Residential, Farm;Special Uses - Campground, Marina, Mobile Home Park, Self-Storage, Stigma and Sub-division.
