Change is not usually comfortable, and having an objective partner who listens, provides new insight and moves the client forward, can be profound. I speak with individuals and teams all over the world as we coach by telephone and zoom.Many coaches work exclusively on a linear level, and the results may not be long lasting. I shift people\'s perspective by challenging their assumptions and perspectives, which provides high impact results on multiple levels.I am fortunate to be one of the founders of the International Coaching Federation and also of Coach U, a premier coach training organization.I am also an adjunct professor at University of Miami, University of Wisconsin/Madison and the University of Texas/Dallas, where I teach Coaching Skills, Ethics and and Emotional Intelligence in the workplace- with a coach approach.
