As a prior student of WCI, my role was that of Learning Coach to take new coach students through the WCI Fundamentals curriculum which consisted of 16 weeks of virtual instruction along with follow-up assignments and buddy coaching. Coaching sessions were conducted with students and evaluated by Learning Coach that resulted in positive feedback and areas for improvement.
