My desire to lead teams in the FMCG industry took me on a path of Ops & Supply Chain management roles. I was born and raised in the Netherlands and enjoyed the challenge of working in European and American corporate cultures. I am now based in Richmond, Virginia and run my own Leadership Coaching company. I coach business leaders and functional experts in 20+ different countries in a variety of industries. I intend to inspire leaders to embrace their vulnerability and gain confidence through 1 on 1 coaching. Careers and lives are continually increasing in complexity.
