My work is all about asking questions. I leverage curiosity to help others find their own best path to living a fulfilling life. My career is primarily centered on executive leadership coaching - specifically helping others prepare for job transitions and retirement, as well as individual coaching, group coaching, strengthening culture and engagement. My consulting work focuses on culture and engagement, leadership development, and Emergenetics.
