ABOUT FERN SCHULTZ

If you want to create more of what you desire in life and in work, I look forward to working with you. I am a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC). I focus on leadership and personal coaching and work with individuals in public and private sector management, academia, independent business entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking to enhance their leadership effectiveness as well as their life/work balance. My clients include mid-level to senior leaders (directors, managers) and executives (President, VP, C-suite, ADM) who may be wrestling with challenges or questions that impact their effectiveness at work or in life. I approach coaching as a partnership with those who seek to realize their true potential. My role is to challenge and support you to take action and achieve your desired outcomes. We focus on what matters most to you in a safe and confidential setting. Our powerful conversations close the gap between your current reality and your desired future state by exploring: • your personal operating system; • new tools and resources; • inter-personal relationships; and • new ideas for success and moving forward. I believe that creating awareness through coaching and feedback is a powerful way to access a wealth of untapped potential. I work with individuals and teams and utilize tools such as 360 assessment surveys as a way to enhance individual and group effectiveness. In my previous career as a senior leader with the Province of British Columbia, I spent most of three decades with Environment and other Natural Resource agencies. I managed people and change through periods of expansion and contraction, reorganization, and business transformation - the same challenges faced by many potential coaching clients.
