Nice to meet you, I’m Glenn. I’m a jazz pianist and former marketer turned leadership coach. I dig working with folks in creative, marketing, and tech fields.At my company, Skybound, our mission is to help leaders and teams harness their sky-high potential—and bring more fun to work. We believe today’s workplaces should be dynamic, playful, and human.Typical corporate coaching and training? Nah, that’s not our vibe. And it\'s probably not yours either. We\'re all about making professional development interactive and engaging, using the power of play, creativity, and game-based learning.Our sweet spots? We nerd out on helping leaders and teams strengthen influence, communication, emotional intelligence, confidence, presentation/speaking skills, creative thinking, innovation, and collaboration.I\'m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator, a CPCC coach through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), and a Past-President of the ICF Houston Chapter. I combine over a decade of business experience in marketing/communications with 14 years in coaching and a Master’s Degree in Organization Development and Leadership. I also teach coaching skills and mentor coaches-in-training.In addition to being a jazz pianist, I\'m a swing dancer, Disney fan, sci-fi/fantasy and superhero nerd, and I enjoy performing the occasional magic trick. I’m also a person of faith, striving to live-out my Catholic Christian identity.
