About Diane McLean
I am passionate about empowering uniquely wired mindsIn the dynamic landscape of neurodivergence, I combine my 30+ years of experience, advanced specialized coach training, and unwavering commitment to acceptance and inclusion to help those who think differently find accurate information in the field of neuroscience and leverage their abundant strengths to find success. Having navigated my own late-life ADHD diagnosis and overcome executive functioning challenges, I\'ve translated personal triumphs into the foundation of a highly successful coaching practice to support others. As an ICF Master Certified Coach, I view the gold standard coaching competencies through a neuroinclusive lens to provide my clients with the highest level of certified coaching tailored to fit their unique needs.Beyond individual coaching, I am dedicated to sharing my extensive knowledge and experience. I actively support hundreds of coaches in delivering competency-based coaching adapted for uniquely wired clients, serving as a mentor coach, trainer, and certification assessor. I present on the topic of neurodiversity at international conferences and share my ideas through podcasts and other outlets. Most recently, I collaborate with business leaders to develop cutting-edge training programs to disseminate current, research-based insights to create greater neuroinclusive work environments and support neurodivergent employees. My approach goes beyond professional expertise—it\'s a genuine passion that drives me to foster understanding, acceptance, and success for neurodivergent minds in all aspects of life.ARE YOU A COACH LOOKING TO EXPAND YOUR LENS OF NEURODIVERSITY?JOIN MY MONTHLY MENTOR COACHING Q & AOpen to all coaches, I host a FREE monthly session to help coaches continue to move forward in their coaching practices.
