ABOUT CONSTANZE SCOLES-HAAS

Hi, I’m Constanze I’m a Senior Consultant at Baringa in London, working with clients to navigate complex IT change and deliver technology outcomes that actually stick.I help organisations shape pragmatic technology strategies and see them through to delivery, particularly where the landscape is complex, fast‑moving, or high‑risk. My experience spans operating model design and optimisation, agile delivery, data migration, platform and infrastructure deployments, systems integrator management, business analysis, and release and cutover. Clients typically value me for bringing structure and clarity to ambiguity, and for bridging the gap between strategy and hands‑on delivery.My career path has been deliberately non‑linear, which strongly shapes how I work with clients. I started out as a secondary school teacher, before transitioning into tech - a background that sharpened my communication skills and my ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences. Alongside my client work, I’m passionate about building a more inclusive tech industry. I mentor with CoffeeCodeBreak, supporting aspiring technologists and career‑changers, and regularly take part in corporate mentoring programmes, such as Baringa\'s 2024 Reverse Mentoring Programme, focused on inclusive leadership and gender parity.Outside of work, I’m an endurance athlete and enjoy pushing my limits, whether that’s summiting Huayna Potosí in Bolivia (6,088m) or running the Leeds Marathon.
