Collaborate with executive leadership & management to align business strategies with long-term growth objectives- Org. Change Management: Spearhead change initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency & adaptability. Design change management strategies to obtain stakeholder engagement throughout transition process.EE Experience: Oversee the development and enhancement of CATS employee experience throughout lifecycle, including onboarding, new hire orientation, and the cultivation of strong manager-employee relationships. Design and implement comprehensive tools and resources that support a positive and engaging workplace culture. Key initiatives include optimizing onboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for new hires, fostering ongoing communication and collaboration between managers and employees, and continuously evaluating and improving programs to enhance overall employee satisfaction and engagement- DEIB: Champion DEIB efforts to create a workplace culture that is inclusive and equitable. Integrate principles into talent management, recruitment, and leadership dev. strategies.Training & Workforce Dev: Design & implement comprehensive workforce development programs, including leadership & professional development programming, to support ee growth & retention. Manage training & programming initiatives that enhance skills, upward mobility and retention across org.
