ABOUT CAROLINE N.
You can read my resume below, but that only tells you a small part of my story. I am someone who found a way to teach a blind person how to sail. I’ve done many multiday treks in remote corners of the world, earned my MBA while working full-time, helped scale start-ups, lead international NGO efforts, done research in mines, and yes — I’ve worked in consulting, too. What drives me is pushing past limits, both physical and mental. I love solving problems that seem unsolvable and finding creative, unconventional ways to bring value to others. I’m passionate about building programs that make a real impact, delivering innovative solutions that stick, and mentoring others along the way. I write weekly career insights here: https://substack.com/@graceandambition
