I’m a global operations and transformation executive with 25+ years leading organizations through digital modernization, enterprise optimization, and analytics-driven performance improvement. My career centers on aligning strategy with execution—helping companies operate smarter, faster, and more efficiently at scale.I currently serve as VP, Transformations & Operations at Hillenbrand, where I lead HR digital strategy, enterprise analytics, global shared services, and payroll transformation. Highlights include deploying Workday across the enterprise, eliminating more than ten legacy systems, reducing payroll operating costs by 27%, and reestablishing HR as a trusted analytics partner to the business.Before Hillenbrand, I spent nearly two decades at Flex (Flextronics) in roles spanning VP of Business Excellence, transformation leader, head of analytics, and executive over global shared services.
