Lead a team of Business Analysts to ensure timely delivery of projects and quality work product Work with business stakeholders to source potential projects for Pega Robotics automations Work with business stakeholders to understand the productivity impact of the automations and calculate financial impact / return on investment Oversee current state process capture, recommend and implement process re- engineering to support automation, and Use Case creation Manage Vendor Onboarding, Active Directory/System Provisioning, Technical Support and Training for over 500 Vendor users within three separate Vendor contracts. Manage testing and sign-off of automated solutions with business stakeholders and the RPA developers Review automation output and recommend optimizations to improve success rate for both in development and in production automations Maintain all information technology security protocols and procedures. Collaborate with information technology security to ensure the highest product security standards are met. Develop and document best practices for operating software robots. Contribute to the RPA development best practices. Maintain SharePoint folder for all documents, scripts and other pertinent files as well as Rally tickets and Change orders. Participate in knowledge transfers with business process SMEs and maintained communicating with clients. Gather detailed requirements from Client for business requirements and updated documentation while maintaining a full understanding of high-level and low-level design. Collaborate with departments and supported different components of Pega products Create high level technical designs for implementation and process flow. Create documentation and templates for Business Analysts to help enforce best practices
