I am a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in Compliance and Ethics, currently serving as the Head of Compliance, Center of Excellence @Dr Reddys Laboratories. Previously, I worked as a Regional Head of compliance, data privacy and competition law at Akzonobel. I was responsible for India, Pakistan, Srilanka, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Papua New Guinea, Australia and Akzonobel\'s export markets in South Asia and the ASEAN region. In my past role with Oracle, I was responsible for overseeing and coordinating proactive and reactive compliance efforts across more than 12 offices in India, supporting a workforce of employees.Before joining Oracle India, I held key positions at prominent organizations such as Amazon India and TRACE International, Inc. As a Compliance and Ethics Consultant at TRACE International, I worked closely with corporate clients based in India, EMEA, and South Asia, providing valuable guidance and support in the areas of compliance and ethics.My previous experience also includes serving as a Lead Researcher/Advisor with the United Nations Global Compact Network for the World Bank\'s Siemens Integrity Project. In this capacity, I played an instrumental role in initiatives focused on multinational corporations and their adherence to international and local regulations pertaining to anti-corruption. Working with the United Nations and Trace International Inc allowed me to develop expertise in the fields of anti-corruption, business ethics, and corporate compliance investigations.
