I have a strong track record of leading and developing high-performing teams across project delivery, trading (wholesale / certificates), portfolio optimisation, and forecasting — with deep knowledge spanning renewable energy, asset management, market insight, and risk management.My work on Power Responsive focuses on collaboration with industry partners to promote flexibility markets, ensure fair access, and reform key operational frameworks. I thrive on building connections across the energy ecosystem and delivering tangible change for a more dynamic, flexible, and decarbonised grid.Key achievements include:• Leading the implementation of the first 3rd-party SaaS system into National Control (LCM)• Driving change for small-scale aggregated assets (including EVs) in the Balancing Mechanism• Working with industry to reform Operational Metering Standards and open the BM to 300 MW of aggregated assets• Implementing new ETRM trading systems and forecasting suites for 100+ PPA sites (Wind, Hydro & Solar)• Achieving <5% MAPE for demand and generation forecasting accuracy• Negotiating N2EX/EPEX auction access and exclusive GTMA trading agreementsAlways open to collaboration within the NESO Power Responsive community and the wider energy flexibility sector — feel free to connect.
