With extensive experience as a systems architect, systems administrator and programmer, the focus of my career is consulting and leading technical teams. My leadership style I strive for encourages collaboration with and respect for those under me, and I have had a lot of success creating teams that work well together. I\'ve always been a creative person at heart, with classical and jazz music training, and I try to encourage creativity in the workplace. I also have other outlets to express my creativity. In a past life, I also wrote audio digital signal processing software, and still have an active interest in sound recording and audio production. I have a small production company and record label that is a work of love that has released an eclectic mix of music.
