I am an action-oriented individual with a diverse field of applied experience in production control, planning, mechanical assembly, production testing and asset management. I have been particularly effective at collaborating within a matrix organization, building strong customer relationships and planning and building a successful SSG Tooling team. Success for me includes utilizing lean management practices to reduce production time, building a strong team environment and improving safety, quality, delivery and costs (SQDC). My strengths include a strong mechanical aptitude, clear thinking, customer management, problem solving and working with Engineering to improve procedures with a true passion towards collaboration.In my next opportunity I would like to be able to utilize my experience and collaboration skills to drive a strong delivery team and resolve business and process challenges.
