C M Sharma is a distinguished business leader and investor in the tech-enabled BPO industry. With a wealth of experience and a strong track record of successes, CM held the position of Chairman and CEO at and currently an investor in Quatrro Business Support Services (\"Quatrro\"), an Atlanta based outsourced finance & accounting and IT support service provider.Under CM\'s 4-years astute leadership, Quatrro grew more than 4 times leading to a successful exit in 2023 providing substantially more than the expected return on MOIC to the financial sponsors.Prior to his role at Quatrro, CM served as the Global CFO at Aegis, where he played a pivotal role in engineering the company\'s remarkable growth story. As a core member of a highly skilled team of six individuals, CM helped transform Aegis from a company with less than $70M in revenue to a thriving global enterprise with ~$1B in annual revenue and a workforce of employees across 13 countries within just six years.One of CM\'s greatest achievements at Aegis was spearheading over 15 successful acquisitions within a span of five years, resulting in outstanding returns for stakeholders. His strategic prowess and ability to unlock value were further demonstrated when he orchestrated the sale of Aegis\' U.S-based business for $610 million in July 2014, delivering an exceptional 20x return to shareholders in approximately nine years.Before joining Aegis, CM held various mid to senior level positions at several BPO and manufacturing companies, where he honed his skills in turning around both startup and established companies through effective cost control and process re-engineering.CM is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has completed the prestigious Leadership Development Program at IIM, Kozhikode.
