Passionate about leveraging interagency collaboration, I focus on delivering innovative, impactful solutions that modernize the federal workforce. With expertise in program management, strategy development, and stakeholder engagement, I lead transformative efforts to position the government as a top employer for tech talent.    Oct 2023 — Present

   Strategically guiding VA\'s technology and cybersecurity workforce transformation efforts, ensuring the Department remains at the forefront of industry and federal best practices. I lead initiatives to enhance recruitment, hiring, assessment, training, and retention efforts. More recently, that\'s included: launching an AI Workforce Working Group and developing VA\'s AI Workforce Blueprint, revamping OIT\'s careers site, improving hiring experience by leading the development of skills-based assessments for technical positions, and championing VA initiatives within the federal cyber workforce community.
