WORK HISTORY
Low Trl Project Manager @CNRS Innovation
CNRS has developped a one of its kind funding program - prématuration- to fund TRL2 project twards TRL4 and tech transferDetection of projects in academic laboratories which are no research anymore but too low TRL to be transfered to industry. I build the proposal with the team, coach the team for the pitch and, if funded, follow up (12-18 months): technical develpment, IP, subcontracting, contract management, first market approach, research of next funding, proposal to SNA, i-PhD & BFTLab callSpecific focus on Human Science projects; contact point for CNRS Sciences Humaines et SocialesSame services for ERC PoC projects: support to researchers and CNRS delegates. topics: paint, concrete, sintering, 3D 4D printing, recycling (composite, magnets, CO2, batteries), BIM and energy analysis in building, education.

ABOUT CORINNE M.
With a PhD in materials Sces & Engineering, I have always acted as an interface between the actors in my environment. I link researchers, patent engineers, academic tutors and industrial partners, I translate their respective languages to enable them to work together, I build development projects with them and manage said projects to transform low TRL invention into innovative products. This involves clarifying the IP rights, assessing the market and invention \'s value, defining an IP (filing and defence) strategy and negotiating the collaboration and/or transfer contract. I rely on my ability to listen, my curiosity and my knowledge of science/scientists and industry to mix teams and subjects and imagine different projects.
