I\'m a broadly skilled in-house counsel. While my focus has primarily been in the areas of business transactions and compliance activities, I also have substantial experience in other areas of the law such as corporate governance, litigation management, and employment matters. My background in business (MBA/former CPA) provides me with additional insights into the issues faced by my internal partners and aids me in working with those partners to craft solutions that are both legally compliant and business savvy. Finally, I strive to be a compelling, courageous, and caring leader. At my core, I\'m a servant leader but I adapt my style as needed to address and capitalize on the issues before us.

   Partner with Juniper\'s Procurement Organization to optimize Juniper\'s interest with respect to the manufacture and procurement of components and software for use in Juniper products. Activities include counseling and negotiation pertaining to multi-million dollar master supply/purchase agreements, engaging with vendor security team on privacy and security matters; and the development of process improvement tools. Lead counsel for the negotiation of the sponsorship agreement with Aston Martin for Juniper\'s sponsorship of AFM1 Formula One Team.
