Through weekly/monthly reporting we stride to increase our scoreboards (goal of 95 % and above) by identifying any issues and putting steps in place (SOPs) to avoid them reoccurring in the future-Enter orders into TMS and negotiate carrier rates as necessary-Monitor and update customer routing guides and shipping requirements-Investigate damaged/refused shipments and provide disposition to carriers-Analyze shipping delays-Submit monthly disputes for vendor compliance chargebacks.
