I work in Enterprise Data within regional banking, supporting teams that deliver customer insights and machine learning solutions in a highly regulated environment. I influence three cross-functional teams within our Agile Release Train and facilitate several ART-level ceremonies. What drives me is improving the system — optimizing flow, surfacing risks early, and making sure complex work moves predictably across teams.Over the past few years, I’ve helped reduce cycle time, increase throughput, and supported large-scale regulatory efforts, including the 2024 FDIC 370 certification, which required extensive cross-team coordination.I also mentor other Agilists across the bank and previously served three years as an ERG co-chair focused on disability inclusion.
