I\'ve continued my marketing measurement work, strengthening the revenue estimation tool I originally designed for our North American brands, and expanding into a part-executive/part-consultative role for our retail media network investments with The Home Depot RetailMedia+ and Walmart Connect. For the first 7 months of this role I also led strategy and execution for our email marketing program for the architectural coatings business in EMEA, collaborating with brand, design, commercial excellence, customer service, and data teams to support 7 of our European brands. I\'ve also consulted for the paid search execution for our Industrial Coatings Powder business unit. Throughout this time, our organization has begun its transformation into a SAFe Agile way of working, and I have been certified as a SAFe Agilist, and trained as a PO.
