I’m a strategic procurement and supply chain leader with 15+ years’ global experience transforming performance, reducing cost, and building resilient logistics and supplier ecosystems. My career spans pharmaceuticals, FMCG, manufacturing and government, where I’ve delivered multimillion‑dollar savings, strengthened operational resilience, and stabilised complex supply chains during periods of change.I’m at my best when the challenge is complex: leading global 3PL strategies that unlock $2.5M+ annual savings, integrating new warehousing assets into global networks, restoring failing supplier relationships, or steering crisis‑response logistics such as global PPE distribution during COVID‑19. I combine strategic clarity with hands‑on execution, ensuring measurable impact in high‑volume, high‑stakes environments.I’m passionate about developing high‑performing teams, embedding governance and sustainability into procurement strategy, and creating the conditions for organisations to operate with confidence. With experience managing budgets up to £60M and leading teams of 100+, I bring both the scale and the detail needed to deliver results.Outside of work, I’m active in local theatre, a keen traveller, and a committed fundraiser — most recently completing a 300‑mile cycling challenge for Alzheimer’s Research.
