About Chris Corpuz

I learned best practices and business strategies at an early age working for my father who is a business owner/contractor. So you could say I learned best practices and business strategies at an early age, both in knowledge and experiences that I still us to this day. Later, while working in the construction industry early on, I had the opportunity to work under project managers who recognized talent in me and recommended I look into project management, after researching it I knew it was what I wanted to pursue. The rest is history. I completed a degree in Construction Technology, a certification in Facilities Management, and now have 10+ years of experience. I enjoy every part of the project management process-discovery, planning, executing, and closing. I also thrive under pressure and in ambiguous environments. That\'s probably because I have the ability to break down work into feasible/achievable milestones for the project team. However, I believe I\'ve been successful because I take a collaborative approach and build strong relationships with all stakeholders involved. It\'s the people—whether employees, vendors, contractors, clients, or partners-that impact operations and results. A few accomplishments I’m proud of include: Repeated success delivering complex projects on time, within budget, schedule, and in accordance with established specifications. Proven commitment and leadership in onboarding project team members to effectively deliver critical initiatives for the business. Expertise in requirement gathering, RFP reviews, RFP interviews, contract negotiations, and management of stakeholder expectations. I\'m focused on putting my passion and skills to good use.
