ABOUT CAITLIN GILLESPIE

I’m passionate about helping people and organizations thrive — building workplaces where people feel connected, supported, and excited to do great work.My career has taken me on a bit of a winding path (the best ones usually do). I started in global research with the G20, learning how accountability and collaboration shape meaningful change. From there, I moved into product design and quality at Exigent, where I discovered how powerful it can be to create systems that make people’s lives easier.During my MBA at Cornell, I joined Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts — first as a People & Culture intern, and eventually leading global talent and performance programs that helped nurture an inclusive, high-performing culture across the brand. Now at Bloom, I partner with founder-led companies to design thoughtful, scalable people systems that help their teams grow with purpose and humanity.Outside of work, I’m happiest when I’m moving — whether that’s skating as a former member of Canada’s National Synchronized Skating Team or volunteering as a National Ski Patroller. Both taught me the same thing I carry into my work every day: when people trust, support, and push one another — incredible things happen. Legally eligible to work in Canada and the European Union.
