As Head of Digital Workplace, I lead RSM UK’s firmwide strategy to modernise how our people collaborate, access knowledge, manage information and adopt emerging technologies. My remit spans the full digital workplace ecosystem, including intranet and content platforms, collaboration tools (Teams, OneDrive, Viva, Copilot), cloud document management, enterprise search, and digital adoption programmes.I designed and delivered the Digital Workplace Strategy, creating aligned workstreams across documents, intranet, knowledge management, AI-enabled tools, search, communities and user adoption. A major milestone was directing the complete migration to SharePoint Online, transforming the intranet into a modern, user-centric knowledge and collaboration platform integrated with M365 tools.A core focus of my leadership is improving digital dexterity across the firm. I established structured adoption programmes to accelerate safe and effective use of new tools. I also work closely with National Technology, Audit, Tax and Consulting to ensure digital workplace capabilities meet business needs and enhance client service.I chair the AI Security & Ethics Committee and help shape the firm’s Generative AI strategy. This includes identifying high-impact use cases, guiding prototypes such as Taxbot and AI-powered research tools, and ensuring AI governance is embedded across the organisation.I\'m leading the project to develop cloud-based document management, partnering with Microland and Intellixcore to improve collaboration, knowledge flow and information security. I also oversee the roadmap for enterprise search and information architecture, ensuring our systems support future automation and AI-driven insight retrieval.My work focuses on building a digital workplace that is intuitive, integrated, AI-ready, and designed around how people actually work—supporting a hybrid workforce and enabling efficient, consistent knowledge access across the firm.

I am a Director-level leader specialising in Digital Workplace strategy, Knowledge Management, information services, and enterprise AI adoption. As National Information Services Director and Head of Digital Workplace at RSM UK, I lead firmwide transformation across collaboration tools, cloud document management, research services, information resources, and KM.
