My focus is turning strategy into operating traction: clarifying priorities, aligning leadership, and restoring execution discipline across product, go-to-market, and delivery.My background spans leadership of operations, technology, customer success, professional services, and sales. This cross-functional perspective allows me to diagnose root causes rapidly and implement practical changes that improve revenue predictability, margins, and organizational accountability.I have led transformations in both interim and permanent executive roles, including launching new products, rebuilding go-to-market models, scaling recurring revenue businesses, and guiding mergers and acquisitions from diligence through integration. Increasingly, I partner with executive teams to apply AI as a value-creation lever — accelerating product development, enabling new revenue models, and improving operating efficiency rather than simply automating existing workflows.My approach is direct and collaborative: establish facts, align stakeholders, set a realistic plan, and execute.
