   As the Production Accountant for San Francisco Opera\'s (SFO) Costume Department, I oversee all financial functions for the Costume Shop, Wardrobe, and Wig & Make-Up Departments. This includes processing payroll for up to 100 seasonal non-union and union employees across the three departments, submitting all accounts payable invoices for payment in accordance with SFO\'s finance department\'s protocols, and reconciling hundreds of credit card transactions each month.Additionally, I maintain accurate financial records for the Costume Department in Adaptive, both reconciling actuals and submitting budget and forecast numbers through that software, processing journal voucher requests as needed.I also collaborate with the heads of the Costume Shop, Wardrobe, and Wig & Make-Up departments, providing weekly expense reports and working closely with them on the generation of fiscal year budget and forecast calculations.Lastly, in compliance with SFO\'s general finance policies, I have created SOPs for the department\'s Credit Card Reconciliation and Account Payable procedures. I look forward to generating more SOPs for the departments financial functions, including but not limited to: Payroll Processing, Petty Cash Reconciliation, and Budget & Forecast Management.
