Co-founded and successfully sold a high-tech equipment manufacturing company, which enabled entry into new markets resulting in 4X growth and total cost savings of $150M in capital costs and improved operational efficiencies for the acquiring company. Managed entire product lifecycle from prototype to volume production of 180K units, which required creation of an engineering department, world-wide supply chain, custom component design and contract manufacturing processes. Created world-wide supply chain infrastructure for custom components, custom batteries, and proprietary and auxiliary equipment with over $80M in spend achieving production yields of 99.7% and price reductions of 33-43% across two years.
