The ORAN & Cloud RAN Center of Expertise is a global centralized organization in charge of the design and delivery of Nokia\'s ORAN and Cloud RAN Solution Services- The organization supports the Portfolio Management and Pre-Sales teams on deals responses (RFI, RFP, FFQ) & costing of Services related to new solutions- Engages closely with all Service Units (SU) for portfolio development of attached services, and drives alignment for cross-SU solution and integration- Acts as Technical Advisor/Consultant towards global Service Units, including investment planning activities, in relation to new market opportunities - Works closely with the Mobile Networks Business Group (MN BG) Strategy and Technology Organization to develop and shape MN Services Strategy for nascent Open technologies- In charge of portfolio delivery capability ramp-up within the Mobile Networks Services organization- Liaises with MN R&D organization to get early visibility of product roadmaps and solutions under development so as to identify opportunities for early engagement and competence ramp-up of Services personnel- Proactively identifies competence development levers for enhancing the technical know-how of the Center of Expertise so the team can autonomously integrate customized solutions.
