I primarily work in the infrastructure and automation space. By leveraging CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, it\'s possible to improve the speed, resiliency, and quality of application code. Internal systems are also becoming more flexible over time as hybrid cloud solutions allow for the coexistence of public and private clouds. Having worked in environments that embrace these new computing paradigms, it\'s incredible the amount of innovation you can promote by putting these tools in the hands of developers.

   Building the future of Ally\'s private cloud infrastructure to support Ally\'s application teams and provide an efficient/cost-effective alternative to public cloud offerings. Below is a brief description of my activities and responsibilities- leverage various internal AI systems (Claude and Copilot) to generate code, audit systems, and enhance automation projects- automate routine technological tasks via Gitlab and AWS to reduce human error and enforce implementation standards- aggregate data from a variety of internal APIs (ServiceNOW, Gitlab, Jira, etc.) to visualize data and expose useful metrics to leadership- mentor junior engineers on engineering best practices and corporate design patterns
