   I am highly successful at managing and implementing large, cross functional and high impact technology programs and projects on a global platform. I am skilled at collaborating with and focusing internal and external Executive, Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to a common goal and adept at working within multiple methodology frameworks including Agile, Scrum, and traditional Waterfall (or a mix of all). Recent successes include: • Enterprise Integration with a Goods-to-Person Robotics solution in a large, 1 million square foot retail Distribution Center (partnered with KNAPP and Manhattan WMS). This integrated solution provides a scalable framework that optimizes space, replenishment, order processing, and resource management within the Distribution Center. • Process and system integration with In Market, third party logistics distribution centers (Quiet Logistics) which allows order fulfillment closer to Direct to Consumer and retail brick and mortar storefronts. • Coordinated and managed a successful retail vendor Drop Ship program within AEO, which partnered and integrated with DSCO/Commerce Hub and pilot launch with REEF Footwear. This program eliminates the need to maintain physical inventory, reduce management overhead for tracking inventory, managing the infrastructure that houses it, or managing shipping processes. • The implementation and WMS integration of a Shipping Gateway solution (ProShip) which provides a scalable, multi-carrier shipping solution to optimize transportation processes and at a lower cost to the Organization. The solution provides a one integration point to many carrier model. This includes integration with ProShip, Manhattan WMS, and Vargo. My personal goals are to make a bottom-line impact to the Organization, continue to grow and improve others, myself, and processes, and most importantly have fun!
