Review and sign off NAV and Financials of the Private Equity that include recording Journal Entries & preparation of FinancialStatements.• Preparing the NAV for the private equity client on a monthly/quarterly basis(Master-feeder structure).• Posting Bank transactions on monthly/quarterly basis and maintain prepayment & accruals files for each funds.• Posting monthly / Quarterly valuation and preparing stock and cash reconciliation and resolving, If any breaks.• Recording of capital activity & distribution/ Equalization/ reallocation of expenses and finalizing the book of accounts.• Responsible for preparing capital call / Distribution notices and capital account statement(CAS) on monthly/quarterly basis• Finalizing month end NAV for the client and providing Investor level allocation reports at month end.• Supporting operation on projects related to automation/ migration of funds from onshore.• Coordinating with internal/External stake holder such as securities/Trade and pricing team, reporting team,Investor services team, Auditors, client services manager.• Understand and complete ad-hoc requests from clients.
