Additionally, manage reporting for inventory write-offs and conduct SMOG (Slow Moving and Obsolete Goods) analysis to support cost control and operational efficiency.Monitor and manage General & Administrative (G&A) expenses for the North America Supply Chain, ensuring accurate tracking, budget compliance, and alignment with financial targets. Provide detailed analysis of spending trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support strategic decision-making through timely reporting and insights
