Supervised as Team Leader of team working on bank credit card project in Agile Department with designing GL, Executing requirements, testing and implementation in the GL and internally built reconciliation system.*Overseeing the End to End R2R Process including Journal entries, Reconciliations and financial reporting.* Ensure Compliance with IFRS, US GAAP and IND AS.* Provide Guidance, Training and mentorship to Team Members to enhance Performance and Productivity.* Take calls with the Foreign Client/Stakeholders and preparing Dashboard for the same.* Work Closely with onshore team, support them and flexible to respond their needs including Ad hoc request and Analysis.* Prepare and work on Standard Operation Procedures(SOPs) of various new activities received from client.* Reviewing and approving various JEs, Month end report to ensure timely closing of Books of Accounts.
