Career spanning more than four decades in reputed institutions VIZ State Bank Group, IDBI Group, Arman Group, Basix Group, KBS bank, NKGSB Coop Bank and presently Shiksha Finance, in the specialised domain of Finance, Accounts, Treasury, ALM, Risk management, Credit Management, Financial Inclusion, Planning & Budgeting, Human Resources, Audit, RBIA, Compliance, Corporate Governance, Operations etc. Have also been a mentor and Trainer in these fields and have been guest lecturer in Apex Institutions VIZ RBI, IIBF, ICMA, NSE, BSE, Union Bank Training Centre etc. Have donned major roles as Managing Director In Charge, CFO, CRO, COO, Head Credit, Head Accounts, Head HR etc. At Shiksha Financial Services, my role as Senior Vice President - CFO & CRO encompasses driving financial resilience and steering risk management to new heights.
