Responsibilities: Closure of Quarterly and Annual accounts of Overseas Entities as per IGAAP, Ind AS & IFRS. Coordination with service provider for financial preparation & other statutory compliance. Coordination with service provider for funds transfer/Overseas Direct Investments. Banking support and loan administration like providing information sought by bankers, monitoring and furnishing financial covenants, inform etc. Handling Internal Audit, MAG Audit, and Special Audit & Statutory Audit without any major observations. Preparing and filing of Annual Performance Report (APR) of the Overseas entities with RBI. Control over Interco Loan Agreement and renewal/ Extend before the expire date. Preparing and Updating Foreign Investment Control file to submit to top management. Preparation of Various MIS like: Weekly Fund flow, Cash flow of overseas entities, Vendor Payment tracking. AOP vs. Actual Comparison, Board PPT, Variance Analysis on Financials. Analysis and submission of quarterly liquidity position and monthly corporate guarantee/Debt exposure Statement to Management. Liasioning with the bank for getting different documents like balance confirmation, bank statement, payment advise etc. Preparation of stock statement with the coordination with GKEL site team. Interest Reconciliation for the working capital/ Term Loan monitoring Finance cost / charges. Monitoring LC backed coal procurement from MCL/ Corp Bank for timely providing confirmation. To coordinate with SSC team, site team and Bank for payment process of Coal, O&M and interest payments. Preparation of daily cash flow and update the related MIS for management. Updation of alligned dash board for MIS.
