Financial Reporting & Audit Support: Preparing plant-level financials and supporting schedules; coordinating with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth and timely audits. Budgeting & Cost Control: Reviewing and analyzing project cost reports – Budget vs Actuals, and preparing monthly cost MIS for management review. GR/IR & Invoice Validation: Reviewing GR/IR liability accounts for accuracy, ensuring proper tagging, physical verification, and invoice validation of materials and services. Bank Guarantees Management: Tracking bank guarantees received from clients and ensuring necessary amendments and renewals as required. Capital Work-in-Progress (CWIP): Monitoring CWIP balances, transferring costs from CWIP to FA, and ensuring compliance with capitalization norms.
