About Catherine Zhang
I am currently a PhD student at the University of Pennsylvania researching leader identity development. I am interested in the cultural and contextual factors that influence leader identity, and I pull from multiple disciplines to inform my work.I facilitate and teach on topics ranging from negotiation and conflict resolution to leadership and am always looking to bridge research and practice. I\'ve worn several hats as a university administrator, scholar, researcher, and practitioner, and my expertise is in leadership development and identity formation. My research and practice is influenced by my cross-cultural perspective, particularly through my time as a U.S. Fulbright Scholar in Taiwan and serving as Student Body President and Class President at Harvard College.
