We Help You Help People in Addiction Have you ever felt like a “Frustrated Witness?” Going through recovery opened my eyes. It brought me out of denial. As I got better, I wanted to help others I knew struggling with their issues. I saw how their habits, hurts and hang-ups were hurting them. I wanted to say something. I wanted to invite them to recovery and church. I was afraid I would come across as “preachy” or judging them. I was afraid of being rejected for sharing how recovery and God can help them. This frustrated me. I believe sharing this message of hope, should not feel “weird” or uncomfortable. You ought to have fun tools to share your recovery message.
