I\'m passionate about building and scaling product marketing, sales enablement, and sales development teams. I\'ve grown multidisciplinary organizations from one to 15+ people, developed marketing strategies from the ground up, and implemented best practices that drive alignment, visibility, and trust.My journey—from SDR to AE, to founding a solo PMM function, and eventually leading Product Marketing—gives me a deep understanding of sales, marketing, and team dynamics. I lead through mentorship, hands-on execution, and setting a high standard, which has helped drive measurable impact across MQLs, pipeline growth, content adoption, and sales enablement.As an early employee at multiple startups that scaled into unicorns, I thrive in ambiguity. I\'m a builder who loves establishing processes, shifting mindsets, hiring and developing talent, and driving meaningful results.
