I am a recognised leader in the areas of smart ticketing, Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) and Intelligent Mobility. I am experienced in delivering successful partnerships across different business sectors in complex environments, from developing one of the UK\'s biggest Smartcard schemes outside of London (Swift), to developing and introducing a multi-modal Mobility-as-a-Service application into the UK (Whim). I am also skilled in stakeholder management, and am an accomplished host/presenter at International conferences - such as World Rail Forum, MaaS Market, Intelligent Mobility 2018.
