As a Chief Problem Solver, Leadership and Success Expert, and school superintendent, I pride myself on serving as a solution catalyst for many clients, mentees and organizations. My ability to frame problematic situations and construct practical bridges to the solutions have aided me in garnering the respect of my peers within the educational industry. I relish the opportunities to use all points of relevance in hopes of challenging, teaching, and empowering my fellow comrades to confidently approach their problems with a certainty of obtaining an appropriate answer. Servitude has always been my calling, which has served as the fundamental “WHY?” behind my passion for problem solving and personal empowerment. Training allows me to expertly understands the uncertainties that cause one to doubt their own abilities and the human nature to hide from problems rather than see the success that awaits on the other side. As a person that has faced life altering situations, I understand the importance of having someone who can assist you in navigating the problems. As a child, teachers and administrators determined that I needed to be in Special Education. Because my mother refused to accept that was the best I could do or be, she advocated for placement in an environment that would allow me to flourish. I was taken out of self-contained special education and placed in a classroom with a phenomenal teacher that self-paced me that school year. As a result, I left the grade three levels ahead and developed a love for learning. This, among other experiences, became the driving force behind me becoming an advocate for students, teachers, and anyone looking for the best version of themselves. An encounter with me will leave you forever changed. An understanding that problems are opportunities, leadership is based in servitude, and success is your birthright will be the results of this experience.
