   Tech stack: Java 11, Spring Boot, Lombok, MySql & & H2, LiquidBase, MapStruts, Junit5, Docker, AWS deployment space, AWS SNS Team Co Lead / Co Technical Lead for a team of 10 rewriting the AuthE 1.0 Ldap Authentication Engine to 2.0 utilizing MySQL 8 in the AWS Environment. Provided Mentorship to staff early in their career as well as mid level team members. Provided architectural guidance during the rewrite of the platform. Was a key member of the leadership team that drove decisions on technology adaptation, design approaches and push back conversations on scope / requirements. Lead development streams which isolated an epic as a unit of work where junior team members were contributors under my guidance while I and my team member implemented the stories under the epic. Responsible for defining the stories that were utilized in dividing the work among team members in the stream in such a way to ensure each story could be worked independently or dependencies were clearly identified and documented in JIRA. Designed and implemented the data model in MySql that replaced the LDAP implementation as well as the Audit Data Model for tracking audit events separately.
