Project Management Role: • Managing, developing, overseeing, and evaluating Projects using accepted Project management methodologies (Budget Management, milestones, timelines/deliverables, risks impact and Mitigation steps. • Communicating project methodology and processes to interested groups/stakeholders. • Compiling and distributing Project information, project status reports, and project budget expenditure.
