I have over 45 years experience working as a consultant quantity surveyor/construction cost consultant including experience in the UK, Europe, Bahamas, Caribbean & USA. My experience covers a wide range of projects from high-rise office buildings in Manhattan to holiday resorts and luxury private residences in the islands. I have worked in the US for almost 20 years heading up operations in New Jersey & Pennsylvania, New England and California, USA.Specialties: I am RICS-qualified (QS). I have extensive Project Controls and Value Engineering experience having attended many sessions as a VE Team member and having managed several prestigious projects as Lead Project Controls Manager or Senior Project Quantity Surveyor to the Client.
