Current Responsibilities- • Leading a team of 10 to achieve goals and targets.• Sourcing and screening of potential IT and Engineering candidates for contract, contact-to-hire openings with our clients.• Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings.• Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements using VMS tool or the Account Executive.• Leading and managing team to achieve their goals and targets • Provide full-cycle recruiting assistance including Interview schedule request with clients, candidate development, offer negotiation and coordinate screening activities.• Work with sourcing recruiters and other team members to devise and apply creative strategies to develop new candidates in our ATS.• Interacting closely and directly with MSPs like Kelly Services, Agile One and Tapfin Etc. for any sort of queries or escalations. • Team mentor • Assist with other recruitment programs and projects as needed.• Training new joiners.• Prep the candidates Before the Interview. • Coordinate with candidate post interview and reach out to the hiring manager to get the interviews feedback.• Responsible for offer negotiation, closures, start instructions, onboarding process.• Manage all VMS activities: Accepting/Declining/Rescheduling Interview request, Accepting Work Orders.• Coordinate the start details with the client HR and hiring manager to ensure that the candidate has all the details like start date, reporting time, building address, manager\'s name, and login credentials before the start.• Participate in monthly and quarterly review with the client and discuss the performance of the team and assigned account.
